Questions regarding SD to HD upgrade

I am planning to upgrade from SD box to HD box (Without DVR). So I have some questions:

1. Do we have to pay installation charges? If yes, then why because everything is done and only we have to replace the box.

2. Will they change the dish?

3. After upgrade, do we have to change to HD base pack or do we continue with the same base pack which I have subscribed before?

4. I stay in Mumbai. So can I opt for South Base Pack i.e. South Gold HD because there are no any english news channels in Gold HD(ROI) pack?

1- you have to pay the installation charge .. i also had the same querry but you have to pay and you will be credited rs1000 in your account.
2- no they will not change the dish, if you want to change then you will be charged.
3- it is on your choice you can opt any(SD or HD)
4- as i know maharashtra is in western india so south pack is not for you...
