Recharge or get new connection

Hi,
Need your suggestion to renew by recharge or get a new connection.

Found a deal in ebay for with new connection including 12 monthe Premium HD free subscription- New south diamond Rs 5720 - 15% discount = Rs 4862

If I recharge the same for my existing same package for 12 + 1 month free is Rs 4800 + (175*12) = Rs 6300

In new connection offer I will get brand new STB + new RF remote + new Dish.

Is it possible to cancel straight away and get a new connection for the same user? Please suggest your comments. Thanks

Then, why do people recharge instead of getting a new connection with all new STB, Remote, Dish with one year warranty.....

Dont trust ebay once they were showing samsung tab worth 32k at just around 1200rs
