Seeking Help Recharged but STB showing low balance

I watch TV for cricket matches only and recharge monthly. STB was working well on Sunday morning with expiry date of 5th Feb. I recharged on Sunday evening but did not switch on the STB as I was busy. When I checked today it is showing low balance, I tried refreshing by sending SMS but no change since morning. Is there any easy solution?

Go this link and put your customer ID and click Refresh while keeping your STB on. It should be updated in few mins.

Log in to your account and check the balance you have as well.
