Seeking Help Regarding service activation of my replaced STB

Hello Everyone,
Actually I had an issue with my old stb so I my self went to the nearby service centre and Got a Calcomp(Cardless Stb). & the guy who handed over the unit assured me that my services will be restored within 9:30 PM yesterday. But it hasn't till now. Tried contacting them but they are just not activating. As it is a Cardless Stb so don't even know the smart card number.
Is there any dealer who can help me out of this problem?
 
As u replaced the old box they may swaped it account to new box try refresh or account
 
Card to Cardless usually takes time. Wait till tomorrow, if not resolved escalate on Twitter!
