Reliance BIG TV Signal problem at Riyadh

Reliance Big TV many channels signal are showing "NO SIGNAL" at Riyadh region. Star plus, Zee tv, Sony TV and many more channels are showing no signals since 1 week. some experts are saying that Reliance big tv transponder symbol rate is increased to 32700 for adding more channels on same transponder.
Any one can give the actual reason. Why all of sudden more then 50 channels are showing no signal in Riyadh region. [/b]

We had very bad experience with Tata-Sky in 2009. We lost about 90% channels (More then 180 channels) signals after increased symbol rate from 27500 to 30000 & 32000. We are still getting one transponder signal 11010/H/27500. (Which is not changed) We enjoyed with tatasky from year 2004 to 2009 at Riyadh region. I think now same type of problem started from Reliance Bigtv.
Airtel is working most of Riyadh region but some area problem with most of channels freezing at evening. Signal strength and quality is decreasing after 5.00 pm to 8.30 pm.

Looking for actual technical reason bro.

bro,4 days before 11 channels added in rdtv,if possible please reset ur stb & if not working means contact technician for realign the dish

Riyadh, Indian residents are started to bring Airtel Receiver from India. Reliance dth signal is very weak in Riyadh area since almost one month now. Reliance will loose many subscriber from this region.

Same issue in Dammam region (Eastern Province of KSA) no more signals for Reliance dth. I contact technician he said here in Eastern Province DISH TV HD signals and SD for DISH TV of india is very strong. I recommend all to check this with your local technician and proceed for Dish Tv, and confirm us.

@chitra bhai set your stb on mode. and press red button continue 30 second. after this prosess your stb restart.

Dear Jay Bai, Restart functions works by reset procedure but still many channels are showing error 400 (Signal lost). Problem started more then one month now.
