Seeking Help Replacement for faulty box

Hi all, I am using xtreme box 3.0 for last two months.It restarts automatically atleast twice a day and starts with full volume even if I set default volume to 0.So i complained and technician said problem with box and needs to be replaced.But as a replacement they are giving xtreme box 2.0 only. is it advisable to accept the old box or what are my options.
 
As per my knowledge Box Replacement, they replace the box which are available with them most of replacement done with OLD Box only.

Please go to their social media and complaint the same. You will get better resolution.
