RF remote problem

Hi I am using Videocon d2h HD2244RF this set top working fine but remote working anytime hang sometime not working remote I am switch off setup box after reset working fine remote and click to button in example I fix to ktv hd in channel number 2. I press 2 number button click 222 kindly please help enna pannalam

You have to replace the remote. First, try replacing the battery. If you still see the problem, then call customer care and ask fir new remote. You have to pay 350 rupees.
