Here's a new big news coming in that Netflix may buyout film/studio production company viacomcbs even when Netflix is in large debt this could be a reality. This news hits across as soon as universal showed interest In viacomcbs. Netflix buying Shari empire would be next big thing as all paramount films TV shows will be available for Netflix to compete with Disney +
The deal also includes buying out discovery, lions gate and Sony entertainment ( only TV/film studio of Sony as Sony is looking for potential buyers for its company )
Amazon also eyes on viacomcbs however the credits shows more favor towards Netflix

Netflix is in large debt

That credit goes to it's pricing. It's way too costly which make people not to buy it.
