Satlink WS 6933 meter showing sometimes out of order means when we connect to an lnb and while turning the dish for better reception in some points its giving 100 percent quality with beep sound ? Is this any kind of software issue ?

Check your connection both to lnb and finder. Maybe some loose contact.
