Discussion Satellite rights of Hindi movies

First many did not expect upcoming yrf films moving to star/disney, now there is doubt about older ones but I m of the view that this might happen. Star/ Disney has resources to acquire these films and have chs to air them . Let's wait some time

Do u know until long or may b even now yrf did not have formal agreement with sony for films, it was collaboration based on good bonding. So either ways it is possible for star/ disney to get older films by paying money when yrf offers them (any moment or when sony contract ends, if it is in place)

Seem to b nice chs for bollywood, hollywood dubbed films .Planning to reactivate tata sky connection after a gap of almost 20 months, hope bfore that these 2 chs arrive on it
