Buddy, Any ratings data available to prove this? usually broadcasters publish data if a movie premiere gets high ratings

Though ratings aren’t available but in my view, Atrangi Re indeed has been hit on TV for Sony Max. They wouldn’t do repeat airings had it not worked for them.

Similarly, Bunty Aur Babli 2 seems to have worked for Star Gold.

Reach is missing because people who prefer Bollywood movies must have unsubscribed Sony max since long time. I myself have removed Sony max subscription since like 2 yrs now due to no bollywood content and if at all, it was always in unwatchable slot(late night & early morning).

Whatever subscription I got recently to Sony Max HD was through Tata sky’s offer and yet it was the least watched channel in my list.

I’m hopeful that once Zee’s Bollywood library merges, at least Sony Max HD will follow strategy like colors cineplex HD which is airing 98% bollywood movies.

True . At my home i have activated bouquet which contains sony max as if go for a bouquet which excludes sony max or sony network chs then i need to add certain channels from Sony thru a-la-carte which again brings total cost to same level or slightly more as compared to what i am paying curenttly for DPO bouquet hence though i have Sony Max in my subscription but watch it very rarely when they air bollywood movies

Repeat airings for a new movie is quite common. If a movie indeed gets good ratings then it will become a regular weekend feature like what happened initially with Bhoot Police, Laxmii, Roohi but now these might b getting average ratings.

Atrangi Re is being aired on weekdays by sony which usually means it has not garnered much ratings on its premiere though being a new movie which has popular star cast and recall value, sony is giving it key slots on weekdays. Also as ai have said Sony has not published ratings data for Bell Bottom, Atrangi Re or many other movies.

Sooryvanshi had high potential to b a blockbuster on Zee but looks like it has not performed as per expectations. Even its premiere ratings were not at par with what was being anticipated

Khote Sikkay renewed by star/airing, not sure if this is the 1972 retro bollywood movie or the 1998 one which has been directed by Partho Ghosh.

Judging by the runtime of this movie on Star Utsav Movies, most probably it will be the retro bollywood movie which star/disney must have renewed from NH Studioz. Earlier sony had this retro bollywood film
