Discussion Satellite rights of Hindi movies

Kai Po Che Renewed By Star
CIPHGfU.png
So happy to see this. Star-Disney is really doing good for bollywood movies. They are balancing both commercial and meaningful bollywood movies. However, considering this is 1st airing, it should have been in afternoon or evening slot. In future, this will be in SGS library for weekly schedule.

Hindi Dubbed Versions Of Soorarai Pottru(Titled As Udaan) And V The Movie To Start Streaming On Amazon Prime Video This Sunday(4th April)

So It May Premiere Soon On TV In Hindi If The Satellite Rights Of Their Hindi Dubbed Versions Have Been Bought By Any Network
Both The Movies Have Been Dubbed By Goldmines Telefilms, So Satellite Rights Will Be With Sony Max Mostly

If rights are with Ultra then Sony/FTA if rights not with Ultra then Viacom18 because Yodha, Dushmani, Damini produced by same producer

Not necessary for rights of all movies from one banner to be with particular entity. Arjun is with Red Chillies. Ultra Films has agreement with all broadcasters but majority films of theirs r with sony or star network

It Was Shared Between Zee And UTV. Its Satellite Rights Expired Last Year And Now It Is Renewed By Star(2nd UTV Production Renewed By Star After Rowdy Rathore)
Strictly speaking, Kai Po Che was not renewed by Star. Only UTV channels aired it before (along with Zee channels), while none of the Star-branded channels did. The same is the case for Dangal.
