System Upgrade and Schedule Maintenance Activity
We are performing “System Upgrade Maintenance Activity” and “Schedule Maintenance Activity” tonight i.e. 16th Dec 2021.
Activity 1: System upgrade maintenance activity from 12:30 A.M to 05:30 A.M.
During Activity: New authorizations (Refresh commands like Reauth) / transactions may not process during the downtime period.
Activity 2: Scheduled Maintenance activity from 12:30 A.M to 05:30 A.M.
During Activity: May face Intermittent A/V loss on linear services.
Post activity: In case customer is facing any technical error then advisor to follow normal troubleshooting steps as the technical automation from CRM.
