SD DVR STB NOT GETTING SIGNAL LAST 20 DAYS

Dear all i'm using dvr stb (normal dvr not HD dvr) last 20 days i'm not getting channels Because signal issue
i called cc many time but no solution.anybody facing this problem pls help me

Bro write the email to nodal officers,they will register the complaint & send the technician,please note:Techinician visit charge:Rs.150:k
