Set Top Box Change

Hi All

I bought Zing ARION STB back in Nov 2014.
Now, the STB is not working, its out of order.

Since, the STB is still under Warranty, I approached the Dealer. He told me that they will exchange the STB and will pair my existing VC with new STB.

Now, he is demanding Rs. 210 for this.
Rs 200 Recharge and Rs 10 his Recharge Commission.

My question is, IS it mandatory to Recharge to Pair VC with New STB ?

Dealer is saying, without Recharge, Downloading/Updating Firm/SoftWare NOT possible.

N.B.:- My Connection is DeActive.

Plz HELP.

yes bro he is right. and if your box is warranty period u no need to pay any amount or charge.
but u told that your box is deactivate so necessary to reactivate the box.
and bro more info u also call as their call center.

Note :- m not agree with that dealer because they demanding Rs.10 for extra commission.

minimum recharge amount for deactive customers can pay 150/-[ date not confirmed to start this option ]
active customer can pay 10/-
