I'm using AIRTEL dth hd box since May 2020,

Cons:
1.Epg UI is very confusing, time and date not legible,
2. for recording need to add topup rs 30,
3. remote failed within a year,
4 Picture and Audio quality in SD & HD are awesome,
5. Favorite channel Setting is tedious,
6. Manage dth account in airtel app is worst

Pros:
1. pack price for TN is low,
2. customer care is excellent
3. Add/ remove channel is vey easy

iam using Tata sky hd
Picture Quality:
good on HD channels
very worst on sd channels
Sound quality:
good on both HD & SD channels
very low sound & volume not working issue on DolbyDigital channels...

channels & packs selection is easy
package cost little higher than other DTH
service is best & fast...
ver fast New channel addition.
Box software is good but little bit slow
signal stability is not good
My over all rating is 8.5/10

My review of Tata Sky HD

Pros:
1. UI and software. Most attractive UI with extremely advance software.
2. Portal. It's the best and most user friendly among all operators.
3. Customers Service is also best. Has innovative ways like chat based customer service with real time response. Also has the easiest and fastest among all DTH operators
4. Free streaming of most subscribes channels on the watch Tata Sky website and Tata Sky app.
6. Carries most HD channels including the niche ones like Vh1 HD.
7. Cashback is offered every month.
8. 1 day lock-in policy. So I watch movies on weekends and drop it on weekdays. I do same for GECs.
9. Good service channels like Tata Sky Curiosity is available for free. Even MAMI channels are added during MAMI Film Festival.

Cons:
1. Doesn't have seperate section for Kashmiri and Northeastern channels. Have categorised them under Others category. It's kind of insulting as a viewer from Northeast.
2. No NCF discounts unless you buy regional specific packs.

I started using d2h on June 2020.
Cons are
cc persons are not technically sound to know what is really happening and abnormalities. New channel addition in Tamilnadu is slower.

Pros are Cheaper pack prices. Also, free preview of 5 min is given for around 50 HD channels daily two times. SD channels quality is way better than other DTH. for Long term recharges, more free days we are getting. Its OTT platform has 113 channels.

I'm using D2h from 2012
Upgrade SD to HD in 2018

Plus points_
1.SD & HD Picture quality excellent,
2.website user friendly,
3.STB product quality very good
4.Recharge offers & cashback offers always available.

Mynus points
1.Less HD channels (few important HD channels missing)
2. Audio in some channels very loud
3. Customer service waste ( they don't have any update, ex_i ask Zee Classic Channel addition but.cc said Zee Classic rename as Zee Bollywood, so Zee Bollywood available on our platform.

I think sd channels good picture quality only for South channels not for North channels.bengali sd channels are average.

Excellent product quality
Super Remote functioning
Good picture quality
Max Tamil & Malayalam channels
Cheap packages
User friendly infinity app
Favourite options from 1 to 80
Never faced any issues with their product till now ❤

Only some important channel addition and some pending language addition for certain channels are needed.
