The popular Indian television actress Shilpa Shinde a.k.a. Angoori Bhabhi from Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai! has fallen in trouble from the time she walked out of the show. The battle between actress Shilpa Shinde and the show’s producer Benaifer Kohli is going on for over a month now.

Apparently Shilpa had quit without giving any prior information to the makers of the show. Such behaviour from the actress’ side caused huge loss for the popular show. After the legal dispute between Benaifer and Shilpa, the producer decided to step in Shubhangi Atre in Shilpa’s shoes.

Few days ago, there were even reports stating that Cine and Television Artistes’ Association (CINTAA) ‘banned’ Shilpa Shinde from working on small screen industry after all the issue that happened. Now the officials of CINTAA state that they never used the word ban instead asked Shilpa to give an explanation also mentioned there has to be monetary compensation after all the loss that occurred due to her unprofessional attitude, reports India Today.

Amit Behl, Chairman, Dispute Committee, CINTAA told Mid Day that CINTAA never used the word ban and instead they have been misquoted, reports India Today. He also said CINTAA been a trade union cannot ban anybody and doing so will be taking away the chances to a livelihood. On the other hand, Shilpa Shinde had once told TellyChakkar that she never intends to return to the television world. The actress had even filed a complaint against CINTAA for slamming a lifetime ban on her.

When Shilpa Shinde walked out of the show the producer released a statement that mentioned blatant breach of agreement and irresponsible attitude. It was after that the makers of Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai! approached CINTAA. When CINTAA asked the actress to approach the sets, she refused to do so.
