Showcase promo channel time changed now in tata sky

I have seen this news in an other forum first then first i can't understand it and call to cc and they are saying its true.Also i have asked them reason and he have transfor my call to tata sky technical department.Then they are saying now a days they are going to add some more extra channels to save some bandwidth they are doing this.But how it works as bandwidth saver am unable to understand.
New time is from 9am to 3am.

Well brother its saves tata sky bandwidth to add one more channel to other half time so they are doing so.
