Signal and channel issue

From last 3days I am not getting proper signal of d2h and when I select Asianet news I am getting Gemini channel or when I select Sony sab I am getting Colors infinity.could someone help plzzZZ

Go to Setup > Installation > Enter Code 1234 > Select Box Settings > Satellite Management > Enter code 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th digit of Smart Card number > Press SCAN button (green button on remote) > Press OK > Once scanning has been completed, Save. Done.

Issue resolved.called d2h cc on 11.47am.enginner came at 12.30 pm.Something was loose on dish anteena very fast response from d2h

yes iam getting same problem

No Problem here....everything working fine....check your Dish , LNB etc....check if wire is connected properly towards stb from dish...

Can someone tell me is there any issue with excessive heat there is any interference with signal ??
