Signal issues in KTV and VIJAY TV

Can someone help me to fix signal issues in KTV and Vijay TV. My brother staying two streets away from my home doesn't have any issue.

Any adjustments i can do to fix? I don't want to pay 150 unnecessarily, that too now...

bro, move the dish 1-2 mm downwards, then check the signals, but still I would suggest you to call engineer from airtel.

bro signal quality need to be in yellow colour for tuner 1 all else is fine.

Called CC and submitted a complaint.

They promised to refund the 150 visit charges back.

I'm experiencing the same issue with Star Vijay and KTV. All other channels seems to work perfectly fine though. Also it was only a few weeks back we lost full signal in these two channels and now this low signal issue again

By the way, I checked the TP update details... These two channels were moved to weak to on Nov 11. I called CC and shouted and demaded to refund for service charge... They promised that they'll do it... Now it's fixed after service engineer visit...
