had HD 2222 STB and upgraded it to HDDVR. New 90CM dish was installed and installer used the old STB to tune the dish and the Signal Quality was peaked to 100%. After that he connected HDDVR. After he left, I checked the signal level in the HDDVR and it is about 65 to 70%.
