Seeking Help Software not updating in Tata Play

While watching TV got a software update from Tata Play but the updating process always restarts when it comes to 67%. Its been almost an hour. Can anyone resolve this issue?

Its started working but after 2 mins update process started again will tell you if it again stops at 67%

At first attempt it again stopped at 68% and restarts the process then in second attempt it again stucked at 68% for some moment & finally it directly goes to 90% and update completed successfully.

Sometimes there can be a glitch during update processes. It happens rarely.

Anything new noticed ??? After updated and changes

Also pls share the firmware version
