Try Uboot method with suitable firmware... check in google & youtube so many tutorials available. If not possible sent it to solid customer service(in Delhi). they will repair for free of cost if box in warranty period.

Does this box support playing movies/video files via USB drive? For example, copy MKV, MP4, etc files to pen drive, attach it to set top box and play those video files on TV. Is it possible in this STB?
