solid hd stb problems

I am using Solid HD set of box last 3years for intelsat 17 ,nss6' insat4b & eutelsat 70 suddenly last two days c band channels (intelsat17) r not working but ku band channels are working well . I replaced with LNB , D.switch , cables still not working for c band channels how to rectify this problems can any one help me friends.

What message showing on screen when you tuned to a c band channel,
To watch c band channels your Lnb frequency needs to be set at 5150,
For ku it's 9750/10600.

Dear friend , I checked everything but there is no signals from cband. Last 3years it was working well.
