solid stb problem

my solid 9048 stb hangs on same channel when i switch on my stb. I need to switch it off and then again on it twice to work prpoperly. I did not change firmware anything. Why is this happening. plz help

my problem solvd friends i contacted solid and they told me to delete unwanted tps,satellite frm box and it works 5n now. Thank you
