Are they making channels on both platforms same...In d2h HD feed is not available only SD...So dish tv may have removed HD feed and added SD feed...

Bro i think they will make new deals as one company dishtv d2h also new TPs purchasing going on so it will take time till next year for all channels addition also court case regarding channel pricing going on
Regarding bbc earth hd channel its not available on d2h so removed I think will b added after new deal I guess

BBC earth is now has best ratings in info channels list as per BARC ratings,many subscribers are complaning to start this channel in SD version,to please all SD box subscribers who have more percentage than HD suscribers I think they started it in SD version channel,may be they do not have enough space in sattelite to do this and continue in HD also
