Sony Pal, SPNI's GEC has successfully completed 3 years today! Initially launched as a 2nd GEC offering by the network on 1st September 2014 with fresh shows, the channel decided to clamp down on its shows in mid-February 2015, being just a 5 and a half month old offering due to poor ratings.
After converting to a Rerun GEC, Sony PAL has done better, best actually, amd improved to a larger figure. Sony PAL now stands as a successful Rural GEC by the network which also sometimes grab our attention by topping the Rural BARC Rating.
