Sony YAY! Channel Recording Problem on Tata Sky

Guys

Since when Sony YAY! channel has been launched, I'm unable to record anything on this channel number.

If I press record button on a running show on this channel, nothing happens and the recording keeps showing 00:00 seconds.

If I schedule any show for recording, the recording fails and it shows following error message:

Recording failed due to some Conditional Access Error (18).

Is this problem occurring only for me or every Tata Sky user? Or may be only Transfer users are facing this problem?

I have sent an email to Tata Sky regarding this issue. Lets see what they reply.

The problem has been fixed just after I sent email to CEO. hya

Now Pause/Resume/Recording everything is working fine on Sony YAY! channel. :k

I never expected such a fast response from Tata Sky. :clap
