Yes, it is broadcasted and streamed across the world. Most viewers no longer watch linear TV. There it's streamed. Otherwise you will find developing countries having IPL on satellite channels.

I think yupp tv had the IPL 2021 Streaming Rights in most of these regions. I don't think it was telecasted.
