Well i heard due to power cut issues in SL they unable to transmit the signals if that's true so the issue is not from DD side

Yeah, Good point mentioned. Now DD have to Share 100% Revenue/fees to private broadcaster. Private broadcasters Paid money to Acquires Broadcasting Rights to air match and PB/DD airing match Free for everywhere.
