Should Sports Networks have Regional Channels?

DD sports already have HD like quality even it is a SD channel

Why? They can mooch off rights from private broadcasters. I mean air "national importance" events.
 
everyone loves when DD airs ODI, Later T20I too. But now airing Test cricket and not even considered National Importance some Sports events airing unacceptable.

Particularly I don't mind adtv doing late to add hd version
1. It's under free preview I can watch match and also can save money.
2nd reason I know I mention very late for Sony ten4 as this channel added long ago
2. This channel is better than star sports regional language channel at least Sony ten4 package is in universal language English which easy to decode no matter wheather I watch in mute or sound on for cricket and if you or anyone put sound on he or she can learn new language
3. Rainy season this channel is best even on havy rain only sports 18 and Sony ten4 available not sure for hd version things will be same or not
