I dont think they will separate Test because there will be very low takers for that better would be to package Test and ODI together and T20 separately because how much ever I like Test cricket everyone knows that the timing for Test Cricket doesnt suit primetime television unless they start playing all matches as Day/Night Tests.

Since there is very little chance of that they have to package Test with something to encourage the broadcasters.
