Yes The thing is as of now star and zee network have lots of priorities to launch new channels in both SD and HD in different indian languages.
After the currently scheduled channels launched both the operators seems to concentrate on Tamil television industry which is considered 2nd largest TV market after Hindi.
Star india private limited seems to get permission from MIB to launch its 2nd tamil GEC Star Vijay Super,and they also try to acquire a license for a movie channel in tamil possibly Star Vijay Gold or Star Vijay Movies.
Zee network which is going to launch new HD channels in regional languages is also planned to acquire a HD license for Zee Tamil.As we know Zee cinemalu is scheduled to launch soon there is a good news for a Tamil movie lovers zee is going to launch a movie channel in tamil too.
