Star Gold HD Surround sound Problem

From couple of days i m facing one new strange problem , on Star Gold HD while Dolby audio selection surround sound channels both rear left and rear right Chanel is muted yesterday I Watched JOLYY LLB & I am using Airtel HD+ . on Commercial Advertise its working fine as need. but while watching Movie rear Surround Both Chanel compactly Mute not single Beat/Voice coming entire movie. working like 3.1 on 5.1 Chanel.
Please confirm TATA Sky HD as soon as possible whether it is Airtel Dep. Glitch or from Star HD Group Problem.....
Other Star HD channels working fine
