“‘Karo Dil Ki’ reflects the attitudes and aspirations of our viewers. As a brand we have always endeavored to give our viewers what they want to watch not just what we want them to watch. The TV premiere of ‘Singham’ on September is itself a landmark screening of this over Rs 100 crore grosser which is still running to packed houses.” said Sanjay Gupta, COO, Star India.
The refreshed STAR Gold will boast of an exciting 6 movie schedule every day thereby becoming the only hindi movie channel showcasing 6 movies a day.

“Premieres on Movie channels are an occasion for the entire family to get together. We have made this a lot more special with the World TV premiere of Singham on STAR Gold, while it’s still running to packed houses in theatres across the country. With the new refreshed STAR Gold, the attempt is to establish the channel as the single screen theatre in the viewer’s home. A one stop destination for the biggest stars and the biggest blockbusters of Bollywood,” added Gupta.

The prime destinations of Blockbusters@9 and the evening movie ‘Badi Picture’ besides movies played across time bands will make STAR Gold a one stop shop for the boldest, biggest and latest cinema blockbusters.
