This is what happens when one company gets way too powerful in a market. This is a practical monopoly in the Hindi GEC sector. This is why I didn’t want JioStar to happen. Reliance and Disney have already started to destroy competition in Indian TV and will continue to do so.
Yes, monopoly is bad but I think at least in television it can benefit Zee and Sony in long term.

Now Star Sports should use Sports18 website an rebrand it as Star Sports I'm surprised as a big Sports Network they yet not have any website all these years.
viacom18 channels have their own website including colors infinity, but jiostar might pull plug as colors kannada website is outdated same with colors super and ck cinema

We can understand for regional Entertainment channels if websites not maintained but for Sports its required to check upcoming schedules and all.

Definitely. With a larger number of channels now, they should have a website at least for knowing the schedule of live matches. Now, we have to completely rely on DTH EPGs and JioTV after the discontinuation of What'sOnIndia.

yes, they need to close unwanted websites and use the same cost in maintaining sports , now that it has separate CEO
