Star Movies HD +1 Removed from STB
I am not sure but in upcoming days We can also observe that Star Gold HD +1 will also Exist from platform.
But in another way it's good because unnecessary Bandwidth Obstruction is not at all Welcome right now. Previously this issue was clarified by @dino29 bro in several times.
As per Movies SD or HD +1 is concerned it's unnecessary as Movies whether it's Hindi or English are used to be repeat Every alternate Day so does not make any sense to offer +1 Service.
Hindi GEC SD or HD +1 may be considered as Audience love to watch multiple shows in One time but clashes happen. So +1 Service may help them to reduce traffic of Shows in one time.

Not needed for any genre including Hindi GEC as already too much repetition happens day in, day out. Also there r other options like USB Recording, Push VoD thru on request content facility, Catch Up TV on App or even operators can launch dual or triple tuner HD or SD boxes with USB or Hard Disk recording option. One can chose to view favourite program without worrying.
Tata Sky has not enabled USB Recording knowingly so that DVR sales r not impacted but sooner than later they would have to implement this. Already in this age DVR is almost a redundant product and their box is overpriced too. I think it will be discontinued next year

Good removal as this was discriminating in favour of Star Movies. No other English movie channel has even a free LCN for an HD +1 channel. Even this LCN (354) was obtained by moving the regular Star Movies HD from 354 to 353. This is the current LCN arrangement of some major English movie channels, which shows that +1 channels for the others were never in the pipeline, despite many gaps in the LCNs otherwise.

As per Internal Sources TS have made LCN Rearrangements for English Movie Genre also. But due to Some Unavoidable Circumstances the Process Delayed and Waiting for Trai Official Green Signal. So in due course after Final Rearrangements - The Whole thing will fall into a New Shape. This time the Arrangements should be the Best.
