Downlnking means from abroad.. Singapore there were doing transmission to India .. from 2017 they got star clearance to Uplink directly transmission from India.

As per my understanding... Nothing changes earlier STAR used to operate Uplink signals from Singapore but from nowon it will be from India.

It is no new news. Licence cancellation were held by almost 5-8 years ago.

There also possibility that these channey could be shut down . Other than nat geo and and nat geo wild , hardly anybody watches tohse channels
