Star Plus ends early primetime of 5-6pm; Mere Angne Mein goes for half an hour.

Star Plus shows will now air 7 days a week,be it Ye Hain Mohobatein to Tamanna.But the channel has put an end to the 5:00-6:00pm slot.Yes,the channel which was popular for its early ptimetime,is clearing the two shows Mohi(5:00pm) and Mere Angne Mein(Mon-Sun 5:30-6:30pm).The last episode of Mohi will be aired Saturday 28th February.

But,the channel has decided to retain Mere Angne Mein.Mere Angne Mein,which is a family drama show aired long for 1 hour(5.30-6.30pm) will be now aired for half an hour, 6:00pm to 6.30pm 7days a week as it was effective from September last year.

Star Plus Mere Angane Mein to see a time slot.

Star Plus is on a spree rolling out interesting projects one after another. Upcoming shows by Beyond Dreams, Playtime Productions, Panorama Productions, Peninsula Pictures and Nikhil Advani Productions waits in the pipeline to be launched soon.

And to fit in these, the channel is trying to create slots for the upcoming shows.
Though there is no news of any of the current shows going off air, here we bring to you news of a slight programming change on Star Plus.

Sphereorigins’ Mere Angane Mein that airs at the 5:30 pm slot for an hour will now air from 6 pm for 30minutes.
Shared a source, “With all fiction shows going daily it was getting difficult for the team to churn out hour long episodes. Also the channel is currently trying to get some slots to pave way for new shows and thus decided to cut down Mere Angne Mein’s airing time.”

The following change will come in effect from 28 February. As per now, the time slot will air repeat telecast of some shows.
The lead actor of the show, Karam Rajpal confirmed the news.
