Star Sports 1 Hindi HD switching between English and Hindi

I am noticing star sports hindi channel is switching between eng and hindi commentary as well as graphics is also changing.
 
Now english commentary with english graphics

Maybe some technical glitch hence when hindi feed is unavailable they r replacing it with English feed for that period. Tweet to Star Sports to know the actual reason
