STB not catching signal

My Airtel stb is not catching signal & not getting any channels. (But other stb's are working well in that dish). I did a factory default and tried to download software manually. but failed ... :wall please help me

Which part you are leaving if you are in GCC, signals are weak to do the above step in morning hours, better try to do the same step in the evening.

living in Qatar. Here we are getting good signal for Airtel in 165 cm offset dish. (minimum120 cm dish required in Qatar)

no.. (DiSEqC switch is using for FTA stb only)... may be stb tuner complaint...
