Seeking Help STB strucked

My D2H HD STB strucked on this screen. Not loading any channels after restarting so many time. Any solution? Pls suggest.

Power on stb and Press in remote
Green,5,8,0,mute. Maximum 30 times one by one when the stb light strat.

Press reset button which is back at STB
It will factory reset your stb if problem remains then contact 1800 21 2212

There is force OTA option
There is reset button at back of stb keep pressing it and insert power adapter pin at power slot
(Google for full method) its easy
Its definitely a software issue
OTA will fix it
