Strange Problem

In my Tataplay account my pack is Bangla Hindi Super Value HD.
In this pack Pogo and CN channel available.
In previous month in Jingalala offer I activated kids pack with 1 Rs. Now 1 month over. I dropped this kids pack yesterday. But Pogo and CN channel is not running. All the other channels are running (kids and others) which are in my Bangla Hindi Super Value HD pack.
I called cc, they tried everything, refresh, mater reset, dropped my basic package and re subscribe my same basic pack. But those two channels are not showing. Plz help.

Add these two channels individually and drop after few minutes. Maybe this should help. give it a try.

Just before 12 am drop the Bangla Hindi super value pack and add it after 12 am

You may have to get in touch with your local Tata Sky dealer to fix the issue....they have special access to add or remove channels in case it's stuck. You can also connect with @ramesh skyPLAY privately he helped me with similar issue few years back
