Substandard Airtel DTH service.

Dear All
It has been height now from airtel to get customers frustrated. Their technical n back end team is in deep sleep.

1. Color Marathi n Star Pravah HD channels launched on platform just 1 money back. Still today they are irritating customers by white info bar running continuously saying this channels available as free preview. Why such bullsh*t on HD channels.

2. Sony ESPN HD still not in HD top up. Why so much greed. Customers patience is being tested.

3. EPG too very substandard. Unable to understand so often what exactly airtel says about program or movie. Tatasky is absolutely genius in this.

4. For 1 particular top up, so many confusing names n different pricing patterns. Unable to bear with this.

When they are taking some good service aspects from TataSky??

Write mail, twit, speak with seniors, no change at all after feedback.

So much frustrated now. Will quit sure after viewing period exhaust.

And for me too it's really irritating to watch that white line in hd channels. I am using hd+ box so I am watching delayed transmission to avoid that line...

And regarding channels, they are really doing very well in hd additions in such a space crunch situation while d2h & dish not doing anything though they have space

yes for me also.i have 2 dvr boxes. one is HD DVR and other one is SD DVR.some of channels not playing well.lot of hd channels freezing.no forward and reverse working properly for most of the channels. no proper response from the customer care.
i will also change to other after my pack expires. i change one of my box to tatasky or dish tv.i hope they give good channels as airtel with better service.
