Discussion Subtitles enabled on certain English Infotainment Channels

I haven't seen English Entertainment channels for a long time

And in all the Channels Subtitles enabled and when it's enabled any idea regular English Channels viewers??

And surprised to see subtitles on certain Infotainment Channels that made me create this thread

Few other channels I noticed Subtitles were

Fox Life HD
National Geographic HD
History TV18 HD

When it's enabled any idea and whether more channels going to display Subtitles soon??

Yes Bro. Zee cafe, Star World, Star world premiere HD, Comedy central, Colors Infinity, AXN already have subtitles enabled.

In all those infotainment channels it's funny to listen Tamil Audio feed and watch English Subtitles,

Any rule coming up making it mandatory for TV Channels to display Subtitles??

They Should add Subtitles for Regional Movie Channels. So Those Who Can't Understand the Language Can Also Watch the movies.
