After a successful run at the Box Office, Salman Khans Sultan is set to premiere on Sony Max and Sony Max HD on 15 October, 2016, at 8.00 pm.
The film, starring Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma, raked in over Rs 300 crore at the Box Office, thus being the third Indian film to attain the feat. The satellite rights of Sultan were sold at Rs 55 crore, one of the highest ever.
With its world television premiere, Sultan will aim to surpass the television viewership of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo which currently holds the record.

In terms of films released in 2016, Housefull 3 holds the top spot followed by Baaghi.
