Sun Direct adding Gsat-15 & Measat 3B TPs

Good news for all Sun Direct Customers....

I am sent a whats App message to Sun Direct Kerala Head Mr.Dushind , and i am asked which satellite TPs Sun Direct using ? Gsat-15 or Measat 3B ?
He replied "" Both "".

Means Sun Direct using two satellites TPs.
I think Sun Direct using Gsat-15 for HD channel addition & Measat 3B using for SD channel addition.

Gsat-15 is good for HD channel addition.Because all HD connection receiving Both signals Measat 91.5* East & Insat 4B 93.5 * East.


But Gsat-15 is not use for SD channel addition.Because SD Set Top Boxes receiving only one signal 91.5 * East.Re alignment is not easy its very costly.


Measat 3B is perfect for SD Channel addition.

GSAT -15 : HD Channel Addition
MEASAT 3B : SD Channel Addition


But he not shared any other details.
