Some channels like Colors Gujarati, Zee Punjab Haryana Himachal, Pitaraa, Time etc useless for me.

I have a question for @amarnathkvk @Chezhiyan @Navi08 @Amarjeet @dinee @WizarD bros. Though I use Sun Direct for many years this problem recently cropped up and can't be solved. I have chosen Bengali Package but still all the Punjabi and Gujarati Pay channels has been activated in my package as Ala Carte without my consent. I have spoken to CC, written email. But everything in vain. What should I do next ? In my family nobody watches Punjabi or Gujarati Channels.

No option bro you need to continue those packs till its expires!

I have this issue, partially.
Earlier activated Fox Life HD some 4-5 months back as ala-carte and SUN is auto-renewing it every month.
I do not bother yet as it is Re. 1 channel (money deducted automatically from purse balance).
Never faced similar issue with other channels/packs which were activated at various times, like Star Sports 1 HD or Discovery HD pack.
They all got deactivated once the subscription period ended.
They never activated any ala-carte pay channel in my account without me triggering it, if that is the case with you.

Sun Marathi started. Available on all base packs including NCF as it's a FTA Channel. I am in Bengali DPO 1 pack and I am getting it.

I have seen . Seems some understanding between Sun and Star. In sun they will mention Sun channels first, in star they are mentioning Star channels first.
