Bro sundirect is expanding its footprint to whole india.its not now only for South.

Try using searching sunshine center.

Not find sunshine centre in my 100km area. One only show in Moradabad but contact no. Is wrong so no banefit

You can always reach out to their primary Nodal office (Chennai). Call will connect to SUN TV. After the call connects, request them to transfer the call to Sun Direct. They will patch the call immediately to the Sun Direct department. You can speak with them in English.

many important channels in all languages is pending to add in Sun Direct, Especially they have problems with Zee network Zee Tamil HD, Zee Thirai, Zee keralam HD, Zee kannada HD, Zee pichar,Zee Zest, Zee Zest HD,Zee business, & Pictures, Zee Bollywood, Zee Action, Zee classic,Zing, Zee vajwa, still missing in Sun Direct, but available in all other Dth platforms ( Zee classic not available in Dish tv, D2H, Zee vajwa not available in ADTV) & they have also problems with Raj tv net work & Polimer tv net work, Jaya movie also not available in sun direct, Malayalam channels kappa tv, kaumudy tv, Harvest tv not available in Sun Direct, but available all other Dth platforms Tata sky, ADTV, D2H, Kannada news channel power tv not available in Sun Direct, but available in all other DTH, Bengali channel Rupashi bangla not available, Marathi channels Shemaroo marathibana, Fakt marathi, lokshahi tv not available, Hindi news channels News 24, India news, Tv9 Bharat varsh, Sudarshan news, Hindi music channel B4U music, E24 & many other channels not available in Sun Direct, I don't know the real problem of sun direct not willing to add this channels, may be lack of Transponder bandwidth, carriage fee issues, may be they not interested to add competitior channels because of jealous or afraid of BARC rating

19 - FTA channels are not coming

I was using two Sun direct connections.
Last week i was changed to " MY FTA Package Basic Subscription Monthly Renewal '' with some Bouquet/Ala-Carte.
But 19 - FTA channels are not coming.
Even i am tried with sun direct website "Select All" in option 'Select your favorite channel for NCF', it was selecting and showing 182 channels but some channels are not coming.

Below FTA Channels are not coming...

I was raise the complaints to CC, they did the refresh 2 times. But still this channels are not coming.

Anybody know, why this channels are coming, How to get this channels.
