103 is closer to 102 -- K TV (movies channel)
103 is closer to 104 -- Sun Music (songs channel)

It makes sense as Sun Life shows include both movies and songs. Well, at least until Oct 7th, post which I suspect it to try and become Sun Network's 3rd Tamil Entertainment Channel -- after Sun & K
